You've studied for years and still translate every sentence in your head first. This is the method that finally gets the words out — built by a clinical psychologist, not a textbook. Content that makes you want to speak!
No test on day one. No red pen. When you get stuck, you can even say it in Spanish and we'll build it back in English together. Safe first, fluent second. Content that feels good!
Most students feel more comfortable speaking within the first two or three sessions. Not because we rush — because we teach the way your brain actually learns: through what interests you. Content that makes you grow!
Learning English shouldn't feel like memorizing a subject you'll never use.
Traditional teaching drills grammar rules and vocabulary lists and activates the part of your brain that files information away and forgets it. That’s why you can pass a test but freeze on a phone call.
Speak Feel Grow works differently. By building every session around content you actually care about; your week, your work, your goals, we activate the parts of the brain responsible for memory, motivation, and emotion.
Language stops being a subject to study and becomes a tool to say what you mean. It’s an approach grounded in behavioral science and positive psychology, and it’s the reason students move forward here after years of feeling stuck elsewhere.
Who We Help?
One method, grounded in psychology. Three kinds of learners.
For Children (6+)
English is taught through games, movement, and stories, with socioemotional growth built into every session. Kids feel it as playing.
For Adults
Conversational English built around your real life and, when you need it, Business English tailored to your field; interviews, meetings, presentations.
For professionals who can read and understand but need to speak with confidence.
Tutoring (Grades 1–9)
English, Math, and Science; including test prep and school support, available in English or Spanish.
Same engagement-based method, applied to the subjects your child needs now to grow.
Ways to Learn
Choose what fits your life. Switch anytime.
Online, 1:1
Live sessions over Zoom, from anywhere. Between classes, you get corrections, new vocabulary, and homework in a shared WhatsApp group.
Most individual students come once a week.
In-Person
For children in The Woodlands / Shenandoah, TX area, and for workshops.
Fun music, snacks, and a comfortable space.
Small Groups
2–3 people for conversation, or 4–5 kids for a book club.
A little more social, a little more affordable, the same personal attention.
How to Start?
No account, no placement test. Just a conversation.
1. Reach Out
Message Claudia directly on WhatsApp, Instagram, or email. Tell her what you're hoping to work on.
2. Book Your First Session
We find a time that fits and reserve it as your standing slot. Your first session is free; it's how you find out if the method fits you.
3. Start Speaking From Day One
No lecture. We talk about your real life, and corrections happen in real time. Level doesn't matter, that's the whole point.
4. Grow Week by Week
New vocabulary, gentle grammar, and follow-up between sessions. You'll notice yourself thinking less and speaking more.

Why you see Results with our Method?
Most tutors teach the language.
Our method teaches your brain how to hold onto it and helps you grow while you learn.
Why Speak Feel Grow Is Different
Most tutors teach the language. This method teaches your brain how to hold onto it and helps you grow while you learn.
Built by a psychologist
A Master’s in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a background in positive psychology shape every session, not just teaching credentials.
Immersion, not memorization
We use English as a tool to say what you mean, through content you actually care about. This approach is proven by behavioral science and Cambridge research to be the fastest way for the brain to learn.
Your level is never the barrier
Beginners welcome. Freeze up? Say it in Spanish and we’ll build it back in English. No judgment, ever.
More than a language
Kids build socioemotional skills. Adults gain mindset, resilience, and calm. You leave with life tools, not just grammar.
One teacher who knows you
Not a rotating staff. Every session is with Claudia, who remembers where you left off and what you’re working toward.

The teacher who couldn't keep teaching the old way
Claudia was born in Monterrey, Mexico, learned English as a child in Jamaica and the United States, and is fully bilingual in both. She holds a degree in Clinical Psychology (ITESM), a Master’s in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ISEP, Madrid), and a diploma in Positive Psychology (Tecmilenio).
Over 13 years, including 7 as a lead English teacher and ESL coordinator across Mexico, Spain, and online in the U.S., she noticed the same thing everywhere: memorizing grammar didn’t make anyone fluent. So she developed a proprietary method based on learning theory that works according to how the brain actually learns.
Speak Feel Grow is the result of this.
